RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your retreat booking will be secured once all the information required is entered and the 500€ deposit is paid. 

Full payment is due on 1 May 2025. Any registration after this date will require full payment right away.

 

Shared Double Room: 

If you are booking a shared double room along with a friend/partner, please mention the name you wish to share a double room together with in the “Notes” section. If you booking a double room while traveling solo, we will pair you with another participant.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation, the participant is required to inform the Maemok Team (hello@themaemok.com) as soon as possible. Deposit is non-refundable. After 1 May 2025, full amount is non-refundable. 

 

Insurance:

Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for any unforeseen event or emergency during the retreat.

Participants will be held liable for any damage to the accommodation facilities. It is recommended that each participant takes out an individual public liability insurance policy. 

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat. The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

All participants participate in the classes and activities at their own risk and must employ their own judgment as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for their level of training and experience as well as mental stability

Health Policy:

All participants are required to inform the organizers of any relevant mental or physical disorders prior to registration for the retreat and may be advised to seek medical advice prior to travel. Please advise us of any allergies or special dietary needs you may have so they can be taken into consideration. 

 

Check-in starts from 1:00pm on 2 June 2025.

Check-out by 2:00pm on 7 June 2025. ​

By booking and participating in the retreat, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the participants to carefully read and understand these terms before making a reservation.
