By signing up to participate in our classes, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions set out below.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. All mats and equipment are provided. Bring a towel, a water bottle and wear suitable fitness clothing. Please do not arrive to the class late. We start all our classes on time with a warm up for your safety. The doors are closed after the class starts to ensure the class is not disturbed by late arrivals. Notify your instructor before the class begins if you are pregnant or have any injuries they need to be made aware of.

In order to cancel your booking without penalty, you must process a cancellation via the Maemok website themaemok.com 12 hours prior to class start time, then your class credit will return to your account. Cancellations made within the 12 hours, late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit your class credit, a full class charge will apply. Places are limited and valuable to our community, we ask for your respect when booking classes and planning attendance. Bookings will open 4 weeks in advance.

The 10 Classes Pack is valid for 90 days after purchase. The 20 Classes Pack is valid for 150 days after purchase. The 30 Classes Packs is valid for 270 days after purchase. 1 Casual Class credit is valid within 30 days from the date of purchase. The First Timer Offer is only available to new clients and is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. This offer can be redeemed only once per person. Any unused class credits will be forfeited after their respective expiration periods. All Class Packs and Class Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for Class Pack / Class Credit holders.

By voluntarily participating in classes and using our facilities, you assume all risks associated with injury, illness, or even death. You agree that any exercise is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Maemok is not liable for any loss of personal property.

By attending any event or activity hosted by Maemok, you give your explicit consent to Maemok to take photographs and video recordings of you. You agree that all images, videos, and recordings captured by Maemok during the event may be used, reproduced, and published by Maemok in any media, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, website content, and advertising.

You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the images and recordings belong exclusively to Maemok. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final products in which your likeness appears, and you agree that you will not receive any compensation for the use of such images or recordings.

If you do not agree to these terms, please notify Maemok prior to the event.

By booking into a class or an event you automatically accept and agree to the above terms & conditions.
