We are so excited to return to Arteastry for our third event together: Release & Reset
Entering the second quarter of the year, we invite you to take a moment to pause and to release. This special edition offers a powerful opportunity to let go of what no longer feels aligned, to ground, to reset, and to return to what truly matters in life. Through a blend of mindful Yoga and Pilates movement, we will guide you to release tension, soften the edges, and create space for fresh energy and new intentions to flow in. Follow the Asana practice, we will close with a soothing Mantra Meditation to settle the nervous system, seal in your intentions.
As always, Kim, Arteastry's founder, will craft premium matcha on site for you to enjoy.
